Terms of Sale

Last updated 27 August 2026

These terms cover buying a plot in the internet of seeds. They are meant to be readable. Where a sentence sounds like a lawyer wrote it, that is because it has to.

1. Who you are buying from

The internet of seeds is run by Stylianos Karydakis, an individual trading in his own name at Afrikis Street, 3052 Limassol, Cyprus, reachable at [email protected]. Payment is taken by Polar, which acts as Merchant of Record for the sale. That means Polar is the seller on your receipt, handles the payment and any sales tax or VAT, and is the name you will see on your card statement.

2. What you are buying

A one-off digital item: one seed, planted on one numbered plot in the garden, shown with the name you give at checkout. A fence around a plot, where offered, is sold the same way.

You are not buying a plant, a seed, land, an investment, a token, or a donation to any cause. Nothing is delivered to a physical address. Nothing grows.

3. Price and payment

The price is the one shown at checkout, in the currency shown there, including any tax Polar is required to collect. We may change prices at any time, but never for a purchase already made.

4. Delivery and your right to cancel

Your flower appears in the garden as soon as the payment clears, so delivery is immediate.

Where you have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance purchase — for example the 14-day right for consumers in the EU and UK — you agree that we begin delivery immediately when you complete the purchase, and you acknowledge that you lose that right once the flower is planted.

5. Refunds

Purchases are final. The full detail, including what happens when something genuinely goes wrong, is in the refund policy.

6. Names and anything else you type

The name on a plot, and the recipient's name on a gift, are shown publicly on that plot for as long as the garden runs. Do not enter anything you would not want in public, anything that is not yours to use, or anything about someone who has not agreed to it.

We can remove or edit anything unlawful, abusive, impersonating, or advertising, without a refund. That is a judgement call and we would rather make it rarely.

7. How permanent 'permanent' is

The intention is that a planted flower stays where it is, with its number, for as long as the garden exists. We do not promise that any website runs forever, and we cannot. If the garden ever closes, we will say so in advance.

8. No warranty

The garden is provided as it is. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we make no warranty beyond the ones the law gives you and does not let us exclude.

9. Limit of liability

Nothing here limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else that cannot be limited by law. Beyond that, our total liability for a purchase is limited to what you paid for it.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Cyprus, and its courts have jurisdiction. If you buy as a consumer, this does not take away any protection you have under the law of the country you live in.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The version that applies to a purchase is the one published when you made it.

12. Contact

Questions about a purchase: [email protected].

Plant your flower.

Takes about six seconds. Lasts as long as the garden does.
