Refund Policy
Last updated 27 August 2026
The short version: purchases are final, because the thing you bought is delivered instantly and permanently. The longer version covers what we do when the fault is ours.
Purchases are final
A flower is delivered the moment you plant it: it is on its plot, with its number, immediately and permanently. There is nothing to return and nothing to take back, so we do not offer refunds, exchanges or cancellations once a purchase is complete.
Please pick the plot and check the spelling of the name before you pay. Both are easier to get right than to change later.
Your right to cancel a distance purchase
Consumers in the EU and the UK normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance purchase. That right does not survive digital content that has already been delivered with your agreement — and at checkout you agree to immediate delivery and acknowledge that the right is lost once the flower is planted.
When something actually goes wrong
Charged twice, charged and no flower appeared, a flower planted on the wrong plot by a fault on our side: tell us and we will fix it, refund it, or both. This policy exists to stop buyer's remorse, not to keep money we should not have taken.
Gifts
A gift is bought by you, not by the person receiving it, so any question about the purchase has to come from you. If a recipient's name is misspelled, email us — that one we can usually correct.
Contact
Email [email protected] with the receipt from Polar and the plot number, and you will get a real answer.
